Objective

Admission Process
Application Submission
- All prospective students must submit a completed application form available on the institution’s official website and at the admission office.
- The submission deadline for each academic year will be announced on the institution’s website.
Eligibility Criteria
- Eligibility for each program will be in accordance to the IKG-Punjab Technical University/ AICTE norms.
- Eligibility for each program will be clearly stated in the program brochure and on the website.
- The Admission Committee will ensure that students meet the minimum academic requirements (e.g., marks in previous exams, entrance test scores, etc.).
- The eligibility criteria will differ for undergraduate and postgraduate programs and specific requirements such as age limits, reservation policy subject prerequisites, and language proficiency may apply.

Document Verification
- After provisional admission, candidates will be required to submit original documents for verification.

Fee Structure and Payment
- The Admission Committee will provide information on the tuition fees, SRF , and any additional costs related to the program.
- Payment schedules and methods will be clearly communicated to admitted students.
- Candidates must adhere to the prescribed payment deadlines to finalize their admission.
Reservation Policy (If Applicable)
- The Admission Committee will follow the institution’s policy on reservations for candidates from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, and other categories as per applicable laws and regulations.
Conflict Resolution
- Any disputes or conflicts arising from the admission process will be resolved by the Admission Committee.
