The library has a rich stock of books. The reading room provides a large number of Indian and foreign newspapers and periodicals, National & Internationals E-Journals.

• A scholar is entitled to borrow at a time three books for a period of 14 days.
• Every scholar is supplied with a Library Card which is invariably stamped by the Librarian every time book issued or returned.
• An issued book may be recalled at any time at the discretion of the Librarian.
• Library card is non-transferble. The scholar will be held personally responsible for the books issued on his/her Library Card.
• Scholars can borrow books for themselves and not for any other person.
• Loss of Scholar’s Library Card must be immediately reported to the Librarian.
• A Library fine of Rs.2/- per day per volume shall be charged for the book returned after the due date.
• Any borrower who losses, defaces or otherwise mutilates a book, journal or paper by tearing or removing pages or otherwise shall have to replace it or pay for its replacement. In case the book is out of a set and is not available separately he/she shall have to bear the cost of replacement of the entire set.
